Ayodele “Aya” White-Casper serves the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs as primarily a real estate attorney, but equally spends her time in matters related to estate planning and Probate Law. Aya is not afraid to step up to the plate to assist with tackling complex issues related to transactional real estate matters, as she has massive experience ranging from foreclosure defense, landlord or tenant representation, real estate closings, and more for over the past 10+ years. Aya is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. Aya has tailored her real estate craft based upon various prior experiences related to this particular industry, including being a property manager and investor for over 7 years. Aya is understanding and very attentive to the minute detailing involved with getting the deal done, and is a quick thinker on her feet when curve balls are thrown. Her tenacity fuels her drive to achieve desirable results for her clients, as she leaves no stone unturned. 

Aya quickly developed a further passion for assisting people with estate planning and tackling sensitive matters for clients in Probate Court shortly after beginning practice as an attorney, once recognizing the disparities in certain communities. She is very passionate, personable, and relatable, and strives to be a strong advocate for each of her individual clients. Aya also believes in educating her clients on how to make worthwhile decisions that will help to improve their overall wealth in the future. 

Aya received her law degree from The UIC School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School) in 2016, her B.A. in Sociology (with a Spanish minor) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010, and is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. She is also an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association. On her down time, she loves to spend time with her family, and has a young, toddler son who she enjoys watching grow so rapidly.
